DFSK

Founded in 2003 as a 50/50 joint venture between Sokon Group (now Seres Group) and Dongfeng Motor Corporation. In April 2020, Seres Group acquired Dongfeng's 50% equity stake, turning DFSK into a 100% wholly owned subsidiary (with Dongfeng receiving a stake in Seres Group in exchange). In October 2023, the underlying operating entity was renamed Seres Auto (Hubei) Co., Ltd.
